JAPANESE AD AGENCY WINS IN MOBIUS COMPETITION
LOS ANGELES, CALIF., USA – A Japanese advertising agency has won a
First Place in the 2009 international Mobius Awards.
ENJIN INC., Tokyo, captured a First Place Mobius in Outdoor-Other for “Scuba Ballet.” The win came in the Recreation/Entertainment: Tourism, Hotels, Resorts, Spas category and was done for the opening of two new resorts in Okinawa for Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts. The outdoor display featured dancers in scuba gear performing on rappelling ropes.
The overall competition recognized competitors with 93 First Place Mobius Award golden statuettes, 105 Second Place Certificates of Outstanding Creativity, and 13 Student Awards. Twenty-nine countries participated and 20 produced winners in the 39th annual awards competition.
Founded in 1967 to recognize outstanding Business, Television, Documentary, Educational, Entertainment, Industrial, Informational and Student productions. A sister competition of Mobius Awards. Deadline for entries is March 1.
